You will partner with faculty and subject matter experts to craft interactive courses that promote critical thinking and skill development, while ensuring accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in instructional design for higher education or online learning.
• Portfolio of instructional design work required.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty to define online course objectives.
• Design and develop engaging online content with multimedia.
• Apply ADDIE or SAM to course development.
• Create storyboards and scripts for video/audio content.
• Develop assessments and measurement strategies.
• Utilize LMS platforms to build and deploy courses.
• Provide guidance to faculty on best practices for online teaching.
• Stay current with trends in instructional design and online education.
• Ensure accessibility to WCAG standards.
