SRS Distribution Inc. McKinney, TX is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and optimize learning experiences that drive business impact, using modern instructional design principles and digital tools.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to create scalable training across e-learning, ILT, virtual, and blended formats, aligning learning with goals, measuring outcomes, and ensuring brand quality.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Learning & Development or HR experience.
• Strong instructional design expertise with adult learning theory.
• Experience with digital learning tools (Articulate 360, Synthesia, Adobe CC, Vyond, Camtasia).
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and deploying online courses.
• Ability to translate business needs into learning solutions and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize learning experiences that drive business impact.
• Create engaging training content using e-learning, ILT, virtual, and blended formats.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and define objectives.
• Leverage LMS and authoring tools to deploy content efficiently.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
