is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer on a full-time contract basis to design learning content, collaborate with subject matter experts, and develop engaging educational materials for in-person, virtual, or blended delivery. You will create assessments, multimedia, and activities, adapt for diverse learners, ensure alignment with standards, and monitor course performance with analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ID, Education, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, e-learning, or educational program management.
• Proficiency in instructional design models, adult learning theory, and curriculum development methodologies.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, multimedia production, and LMS.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials, course content, and learning modules for in-person, virtual, or blended delivery.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into clear instruction.
• Create assessments, activities, and multimedia elements to engage learners.
• Adapt instructional approaches for diverse learning styles and accessibility requirements.
• Review and revise learning programs for relevance, accuracy, and best practices.
• Monitor course performance using analytics and feedback to drive improvements.
• Ensure instructional products comply with quality standards and guidelines.
• Maintain documentation of materials, revisions, and development processes.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and requirements.
• Support implementation and instructor training.
