AEG Vision seeks a Contractor Instructional Designer-Content Creator to shape our learning journey by creating engaging training content and leading end-to-end course development remotely.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, review curricula, and apply ADDIE with Articulate Storyline and Captivate to deliver effective modules across staff. This role emphasizes innovation, quality, and measurable learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 5+ years of instructional design and adult learning experience.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate).
• Advanced multimedia content creation skills.
• Strong ADDIE knowledge and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging training content (presentations, e-learning, videos, job aids).
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Apply instructional design principles to align content with objectives.
• Maintain updated curricula and ensure LMS integration.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and iterate improvements.
• Lead and coordinate multiple learning initiatives and projects.
