Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Instructional Design Manager, Remote US, to own facilitation excellence and product enablement across live delivery. You will translate instructional intent into high-quality facilitator guides, enablement paths, and readiness criteria while partnering with clients and internal teams to ensure delivery excellence.

You will lead the development of scalable facilitation practices, measurement frameworks, and certification programs, ensuring consistent learner

Qualifications

• This role emphasizes scalable facilitation and enablement programs.
• Experience turning instructional intent into facilitator guides and materials.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills with qualitative and quantitative data.

Responsibilities

• Define facilitation standards, methodology, and quality criteria.
• Build facilitator enablement, certification, and run-of-show resources.
• Establish documentation standards for facilitator assets and guidance.
• Design onboarding paths for new and experienced facilitators.
• Partner with clients and delivery teams to ensure readiness before live delivery.
• Monitor delivery quality and drive continuous improvement.
