Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Product & Solutions Architect to design blended learning strategies for B2B and B2G clients. You will provide consultative product expertise to the sales cycle and contribute to discovery, development, and delivery of scalable learning products.

The role emphasizes leading design calls, collaborating across teams, and driving instructional design excellence to help close deals and deliver customer value in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in instructional design and consulting or client-facing roles.
• Strong ability to interact with C-Suite and other stakeholders.
• Experience selling sophisticated solutions in pre-sales contexts and growing partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead design calls with clients to determine learning objectives and content approach.
• Collaborate with content development and sales teams to shape proposals and RFP responses.
• Translate client needs into credible learning solutions and project scoping.
• Provide consultative product expertise to support revenue generation and client outcomes.
