Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Five (5) years of related work experience are required.
• Ability to maintain security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure per Texas EO-GA-48.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate institution-level multi- and interdisciplinary research teams for external funding opportunities.
• Translate ideas into competitive narratives for extramural funding and advise on broader impacts and data management.
• Coordinate proposal preparation with sponsored projects staff to meet sponsor expectations.
• Maintain institutional data and templates/boilerplate text for proposals.
• Engage with external partners to develop research collaborations and liaise with sponsor organizations.
• Conduct market intelligence to identify funding opportunities aligned with institutional priorities.
• Disseminate opportunities to faculty and maintain a list of awards and recognitions.
• Assist with writing, editing, and reviewing proposals and nominations.
• Support training sessions and attend professional development events.
