RootstockLabs is seeking a proactive capital-raiser to own end-to-end fundraising for an institutional Bitcoin-denominated fund. You will source allocators, manage the full cycle from first contact to signed subscription, and close deals independently.

You will leverage a strong network in digital assets and traditional finance, while navigating AML/KYC and fund marketing considerations in an early stage business. The role is fully remote across international regions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital asset or regulated investment sales.
• Demonstrated client book with $15M+ raises.
• Strong network of Bitcoin holders and allocators.
• Proficient in Bitcoin, DeFi, BTC collateralised lending, and fund structures.
• Understanding of fund marketing, solicitation and AML/KYC.
• Self-starter with disciplined CRM and processes.

Responsabilités

• Build and own a qualified pipeline of allocators across L1 foundations, treasuries, ecosystem funds, family offices, miners and high net worth Bitcoin holders.
• Run the full raise cycle: prospecting, first meetings, needs discovery, mandate and suitability, terms, and close through to signed subscription.
• Work with the Fund Management team on share class terms and side letters suited to each allocator.
• Represent the fund at industry events and across institutional networks, feeding allocator demand back into strategy and product.
• Keep the CRM and pipeline tracker current, and participate in weekly pipeline reviews.
