RootstockLabs is seeking a hunter to raise capital for an institutional-grade BTC-denominated fund built from the ground up. You will own the raise end-to-end, sourcing allocators and closing subscriptions, with no existing book to inherit. You will collaborate with the VP of Sales, fund management, risk, legal, and compliance.

You will build a qualified pipeline and manage the full cycle from prospecting to close, while ensuring AML/KYC compliance and effective fundraising strategy.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in digital asset or regulated investment sales.
• Own a demonstrable client book with $15 million+ in raises.
• Strong, active network of Bitcoin holders and allocators.
• Fluency in Bitcoin, DeFi, BTC collateralised lending, and fund structures.
• Understanding of fund marketing, solicitation and AML/KYC.
• Self-starter, resilient and collaborative temperament; keep CRM tight.

Responsabilités

• Build and own a qualified pipeline of allocators across foundations, treasuries, family offices, miners.
• Run full raise cycle from prospecting to signed subscription.
• Collaborate on share class terms and side letters for each allocator.
• Represent the fund at industry events and maintain CRM & pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with AML/KYC rules.
