Job summary

RootstockLabs is a remote-first company building institutional infrastructure to turn Bitcoin into productive capital. We seek someone to raise capital for an institutional grade, BTC denominated fund and own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with Fund Management on share class terms.

You will develop a pipeline of allocators (foundations, family offices, high-net-worth Bitcoin holders) and manage the end-to-end raise, representation at events, and CRM

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in digital asset or regulated investment sales.
• Demonstrable client book and network of Bitcoin holders and allocators.
• Working fluency in Bitcoin, DeFi, and fund structures.

• Build and own a qualified pipeline of allocators across L1 foundations, family offices, and high net worth Bitcoin holders.
• Run the full raise cycle: prospecting, meetings, terms, and close.
• Represent the fund at industry events and maintain CRM.
