Job summary

RootstockLabs is seeking a capital-raising hunter to build and close a BTC-denominated fund from the ground up. You will source institutional allocators, guide opportunities from first contact to signed subscription, and work closely with the fund management team.

You will bring 2+ years in digital asset or regulated investment sales, a track record of managing client books, and a strong network of Bitcoin holders. This is a 100% remote role with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in digital asset or regulated investment sales including funds.
• Owned full sales cycle and demonstrated client book (e.g., raise $15M+).
• Strong network of Bitcoin holders and allocators.
• Fluency in Bitcoin, DeFi, BTC collateralised lending, and fund structures.
• Understanding of fund marketing, solicitation and AML/KYC.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a qualified pipeline of allocators (foundations, treasuries, family offices, miners).
• Run the full raise cycle: prospecting, first meetings, needs discovery, terms, close.
• Represent the fund at events and feed allocator demand into strategy.
