Job summary

RootstockLabs is seeking a hunter to raise capital for an institutional BTC fund built from the ground up. You will own the end-to-end capital-raising process, from sourcing allocators to closing subscriptions, with no book to inherit.

You will work with the VP of Sales, fund management, risk, legal and compliance, representing the fund at industry events and building a credible pipeline while staying AML/KYC compliant.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital asset or regulated investment sales.
• Demonstrable client book with $15M+ raises.
• Strong network of Bitcoin holders and allocators.
• Ability to manage end-to-end capital raises.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a qualified pipeline of allocators across L1 foundations and treasuries, ecosystem funds, family offices, miners and high net worth Bitcoin holders.
• Run the full raise cycle: prospecting, first meetings, needs discovery, mandate and suitability, terms, and close through to signed subscription.
• Work with the Fund Management team on share class terms and side letters suited to each allocator, so proposals are credible and deliverable.
