Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Insights Manager to lead market intelligence and customer insight efforts that inform marketing and sales strategy across the organization. You will analyze macroeconomic trends, B2B buying behavior, and Voice of Customer feedback to surface clear recommendations that help teams make better decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years in marketing, analytics, or strategy.
• Strong forecasting and scenario planning skills.
• Experience with AI-powered research and data synthesis.
• Proficiency using CRM and sales data.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with Gartner and Forrester reports.

Responsibilities

• Track macroeconomic trends and B2B buying behaviors to support marketing and sales recommendations
• Develop customer personas using data, surveys, and focus groups
• Design and execute custom market research to deliver actionable insights
• Translate Voice of Customer feedback into prioritized insights and recommendations
• Manage third-party data and research partnerships to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Democratize access to insights through self-service resources
