• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities via calls, video, and email.
• Collaborate with field sales, service, marketing, and applications teams.
• Promote Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, and service agreements.
• Maintain forecasts and pipeline using Salesforce and reporting tools.
• Deliver virtual product presentations and business reviews for lab stakeholders.
• Align Waters solutions with customer needs to boost productivity and compliance.
• Build strategic account plans to increase penetration and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to find growth opportunities.
• Present territory performance and insights to sales leadership.
• Support product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
