Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support SMA contracts and re-engage lapsed maintenance agreements. You will manage assigned accounts, coordinate renewals, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with marketing and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Ability and motivation to learn a specialized, technical software portfolio and related customer applications.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong customer communication, organization, follow-through, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize activity across multiple accounts, and take ownership of results.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer territories, accounts, and SMA or subscription renewals.
• Re-engage customers whose maintenance agreements have lapsed and rebuild trusted customer relationships.
• Maintain regular customer contact and respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries.
• Identify customer stakeholders and buyer personas to support effective account engagement.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate contract, renewal, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and account information in CRM systems.
• Identify opportunities within assigned accounts and territories that can contribute to account growth.
• Support outbound lead-generation activities, including online prospecting, networking, and collaboration with Marketing on training events.
• Work closely with Q-DAS colleagues who support technical demonstrations and customer discussions.
• Take independent ownership of customer activity, sales stages, obstacles, and opportunities while participating in regular team collaboration.
