Job summary

RxSafe / Eyecon is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to expand Eyecon usage among pharmacies and generate new opportunities for the RxSafe portfolio. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, virtual discovery, and product demonstrations.

This is a fully remote position with no routine customer visits. You will become a product expert, linking Eyecon capabilities to pharmacy challenges, qualifying opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Sales/Marketing/Business related).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record in inside sales or lead generation.
• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Eyecon inside sales process from prospecting to close.
• Perform high-volume outbound calls and targeted emails.
• Qualify inbound leads and present Eyecon via virtual demos.
• Build a robust CRM-led sales pipeline and track progress.
• Collaborate with RxSafe sales team and marketing on campaigns.
• Represent Eyecon at industry shows and virtual events with minimal travel.
