Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring Inside Sales Agents to handle inbound calls and warm leads, matching customers with the right coverages and products. You will train for a Property & Casualty license with paid time, then operate remotely across multiple states.

Starting base salary is $45K with growth opportunities; average earnings range from $55K-$75K, with top performers earning $85K+ in commissions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
• Due to state licensing restrictions, employees must remain in their resident state for at least one year before relocating.
