Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right coverage while offering paid training and licensing. This remote role starts with extensive licensing support and a structured training program.

You will work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with a base salary of $45K and total earnings potential up to $85K+ through commissions, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty license required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs.
• Match coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
