Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Proven core sales skills including resiliency, overcoming objections, closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Close sales to clients’ satisfaction by selling Pitney Bowes postage meters and office, mailing, and shipping consumables to existing business clients via high-volume outbound calls.
• Overcome objections by positioning product benefits, current promotions, and the company’s value proposition.
• Participate in team development activities, mentorships, and internal initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve errors and client escalations.
• Achieve quota and productivity goals with high call volumes and reliable attendance.
• Navigate software systems to record transactions and create invoices with low error rates.
