Responsibilities include following up with leads, validating insurance benefits, and maintaining CRM records. Strong phone skills, basic data entry, and English proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Computer or data-entry experience required.
• Excellent telephone customer service.
• Must be computer literate.
• English – oral and written.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Medical industry knowledge beneficial.
• Type at least 25–30 words per minute.
• Requires use of own equipment: hard phone provided by company; internet and hardware specs must be met.

Responsibilities

• Establishes customer contact by initiating follow-up outbound calls and receiving inbound calls.
• Promotes products and assists with customer needs by assessing qualification and explaining benefits.
• Resolves customer concerns by providing information about products and services.
• Records customer information and maintains database by entering and verifying data.
• Follows policies, procedures, and standards; adheres to compliance requirements.
• Facilitates sales by sharing information with internal and external contacts.
• Completes and validates insurance benefits.
• Provides customer follow-up as required.
• Aims to achieve contact and sales targets and reports progress.
