Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Remote Inside Sales Rep to drive revenue by handling inbound and outbound inquiries and guiding customers through product benefits. You will rely on company processes to ensure accurate data handling and compliance while coordinating with physicians as needed.

Responsibilities include following up with leads, validating insurance benefits, and maintaining CRM records. Strong phone skills, basic data entry, and English proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Computer or data-entry experience required.
• Excellent telephone customer service.
• Must be computer literate.
• English – oral and written.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Medical industry knowledge beneficial.
• Type at least 25–30 words per minute.
• Requires use of own equipment: hard phone provided by company; internet and hardware specs must be met.

The Remote Inside Sales Rep increases revenue by responding to/initiating incoming/outgoing potential customer inquiries, while using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data.

• uses appropriate technologies and follows processes in accordance with company standards to ensure patientand physician contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Establishes customer contact by initiating followup outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls
• Promotes products and facilitates customer needs to utilize company's products or services by adequatelyassessing customer qualification, thoroughly explaining product/services benefits, and assisting with facilitatingphysician communication as necessary
• Resolves customer concerns by providing appropriate information regarding products and services
• Records customer information and maintains database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
• Ensures quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards, as well asadhering to compliance policies, procedures, and standards
• Facilitates sales process by communicating/sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts
• Completes and ensures accurate validation of insurance benefits
• Provides customer followup as required
• Contributes to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results, with the ability to trackand report progress of sales results
