Job summary

Best Buy Health is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (WFH) to be the first point of contact for customers. You will use a consultative approach to suggest Best Buy Health products and services, sometimes including life-saving options.

This role emphasizes phone-based sales, activation of services, and meeting aggressive targets. Responsibilities include handling high call volumes, answering questions, and introducing upgrades.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Commutable distance to Novi, MI, San Antonio, TX, Reno, NV, or Carlsbad, CA (This role is primarily remote).
• Call center sales experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Strong computer skills, including typing and navigating multiple applications at once.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of calls from customers, providing accurate information about products and services.
• Answer customer questions and offer relevant solutions.
• Actively listen to understand customer needs and stay calm under pressure.
• Introduce new products, upgrades, and value-added services to customers, including processing sales orders.
• Activate new service lines for phones/devices bought through our retail partners.
• Meet and exceed performance goals.
• Other duties as needed.
