The position is hybrid and requires being within drivable distance to the Reno, NV office, with potential in-office days up to three per week.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or call center experience.

Responsabilités

• Respond to high volume of inbound calls from new and existing subscribers
• Actively listen, provide supportive responses and address customers’ needs
• Recommend products and services that align with customers’ needs
• Protect customer information by adhering to all Federal and State regulations (i.e., CPNI, PCI and HIPAA)
