The Summers Agency is seeking motivated, coachable individuals for a flexible, remote Inside Sales career. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will help families protect what matters most while building your own business with training and mentorship provided from day one.

You’ll handle warm inbound leads, conduct phone and video appointments from home, and guide applicants through the licensing process to place policies.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable mindset.
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated.
• Willing to work remotely with stable internet and a quiet workspace.
• Able to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Willing to obtain a state insurance license (training and guidance provided).
• No prior experience necessary - all skill levels are welcome to apply.
