Job summary

The Summers Agency is expanding its remote life and health insurance sales team. This part-time, commission-only role lets you work from home and build your own business with warm leads and no cold calling.

You’ll speak with clients, assess needs, guide applications, and leverage training, mentorship, and licensing guidance provided by the company. A state license is required or will be supported; licensing prep resources are included.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable mindset.
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working remotely with stable internet and a quiet workspace.
• Able to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
• U.S. resident and able to obtain the required insurance license in your state of residence.
• Willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license if not already licensed (training and guidance provided).

Day To Day

• Speak with clients who have already requested information — no cold calling

Compensation & Rewards
