The Summers Agency is hiring insurance sales professionals to help families protect their futures. You will engage clients who have requested information, assess needs, and guide them through applications. This role offers remote or hybrid work with licensing support and ongoing training.

Enjoy uncapped earning potential on a 1099 commission basis, with performance-based bonuses and warm leads. Part-time earnings typically range from $3,000 to $5,000 per month, depending on sales activity.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.
• Professional, reliable, and coachable.
• Must be a U.S. resident and able to obtain the required insurance license in your state of residence.
• Ability to obtain a state Life & Health insurance license if not already licensed (we provide licensing support and guidance).

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients who have already requested insurance information - no cold calling.
• Identify their needs and discuss life, health, or retirement coverage options.
• Conduct phone or video appointments and guide clients through applications.
• Keep accurate records and follow up to help ensure policy placement.
