Job summary

Apex Virtual Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced inside (phone) sales representative for our client in Minnesota, Minneapolis. This position is 100% remote as a contract role with compensation of $15-17 per hour for 10-15 hours per week and a 10% commission.

Average sales per client range from $1,500 to $11,000. You will engage with potential and existing customers by phone to introduce print and digital marketing solutions, understand needs, and tailor proposals to meet business

Qualifications

• Experience in phone sales or telemarketing, preferably in communications or technology.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing customers via phone to introduce our print and digital marketing solutions.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (Salesforce).
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
