Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Environmental federal sales team. You will plan, lead, and support proposal activities, writing sections, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.

You will engage with pursuit teams on strategy and proposal development, coordinating geographically dispersed teams and serving as the bridge between stakeholders and document production. This role blends collaboration with independent work.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Management, Journalism, English, or a technical discipline or 5+ years of relevant proposal coordination experience.
• 1+ years of coordinating proposals, presentations, and related sales or business development deliverables.
• 1+ years of experience on federal environmental proposals.
• 1+ years of writing experience on proposals including resumes, project descriptions, and qualifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead proposal development with pursuit teams and stakeholders.
• Write content for non-technical sections and tailor resumes/project descriptions.
• Direct and guide proposal support teams (editors, designers, publishers).
• Ensure compliance, file management, and timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
• Communicate issues and resource needs, and help develop solutions.
