Jacobs is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join the Environmental federal sales organization, coordinating proposals from qualification through P&P, drafting content, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.

This role may be performed from any location within the U.S. As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of Jacobs’ Environmental federal sales organization to plan, lead, and support a variety of assignments and to position Jacobs for success. Working with other members of the team, you’ll work on a variety of proposal activities, ranging from qualification statements to small to medium size proposals and presentations.
During your time with Jacobs, you will engage with pursuit teams on sales process discipline, win strategy and proposal development, and presentations; as well as independently lead the coordination, writing, and preparation of proposals of varying sizes for various clients.

The base salary range for this position is $61,700.00 to $107,900.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
