Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in phone sales.
• Thrives in a combination of remote and in-office environments.
• Comfortable with a performance-based commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
• Conduct 80-100 outbound calls per day.
• Evaluate and enroll/renew client memberships.
