Successful candidates have a proven track record in achieving sales goals, excellent communication skills, and comfort working with UHNW/HNW clients. They are strategic, compassionate, resourceful, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 70-80 sales calls daily with potential and previous clients
• Evaluate, interview, and enroll new clients through consultative sales
• Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs
• Manage client relationships and feedback for matchmaking
• Collaborate with Client Advisors providing concierge services

Qualifications

Required:

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of sales experience, including phone sales
• Comfort with remote and in-office work
• Experience with high-volume outbound calling
• Performance-based commission motivation
• Desire to earn over six figures

Preferred:

• Experience with 1-call close and quick sales cycles
• Experience selling luxury or intangible products (e.g., dating services, high-end retail, travel)

Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with first-year earnings ranging from $70K to $120K, depending on performance. Schedule is flexible, requiring at least 40 hours/week, with options for remote work. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and more.
