Job summary

Lifetouch, part of the Shutterfly family, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to lead the sales process from outreach to close, selling photography services to preschools and daycare centers.

You will work remotely at times, with emphasis on outbound calls (40–60 per day), building relationships, using Salesforce, and applying Lifetouch's consultative selling approach to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales and/or customer account service experience.
• Telephone sales with daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Makes outbound calls (40–60 per day) to identify decision makers and drive the sales process.
• Builds and retains account relationships, including rebooking for next season.
• Uses CRM (Salesforce) to document status and update data.
• Explains product features, pricing, and fulfillment process clearly to customers.
• Provides professional customer support and follows up as needed.
