Job summary

Lifetouch, part of the Shutterfly family, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to qualify leads, schedule appointments, and drive sales opportunities across assigned territories. You will collaborate with inside sales, support teams, and management while maintaining CRM accuracy and delivering excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, product demonstrations, and building relationships with prospective customers to connect them with the right solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary education strongly preferred.
• 1–2 years in sales and/or customer account service or sales prospecting/sales cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and qualify leads to meet calls/day targets.
• Coordinate sales appointments for sales professionals.
• Serve as a main contact for inquiries and respond professionally.
• Present programs and business solutions to decision makers.
• Collaborate with Sales Support Specialists and local territories.
• Demonstrate industry knowledge to build credibility with customers.
• Act as SME and power user for the CRM system.
• Support growth opportunities with Inside Sales management.
