Job summary

Lifetouch, part of the Shutterfly family of brands, is seeking a Sales Account Executive to cultivate lasting customer relationships, grow existing business, and drive measurable results within a hybrid Field/Office setting. You’ll visit accounts, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with a results-driven team that rewards achievement and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Proven selling skills in growing existing accounts and/or acquiring new business.
• Experience using a CRM system such as Salesforce or similar.
• Results-focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Retain & grow existing business by rebooking and upselling within assigned accounts and maintaining knowledge of products, pricing and services.
• Generate new business through strategic presentations and consultations that lead to closed sales.
• Utilize Salesforce to build and manage the pipeline and maximize scheduling and reporting.

Retain & Grow Existing Business

• Rebooks and retains business in assigned accounts by providing exceptional customer service through regularly scheduled site visits and calls
• Leverages existing relationships within current accounts to grow our business by upselling additional products and services into the account
• Maintains and updates current product, service, and pricing knowledge; acts as the point of contact and provides quality product, program, and service information to accounts

Gain New Business

• Builds, maintains, and strengthens long-lasting customer relationships
• Generates new business with prospects by delivering strategic, effective sales presentations and consultations that lead to closed sales
• Utilizes Salesforce to build and manage pipeline and maximize productivity for scheduling and reporting
