Lifetouch, part of the Shutterfly family, seeks an energetic Sales Development Representative to build relationships with prospective customers and connect them with suitable solutions. You’ll qualify leads, schedule appointments, and support growth alongside Inside Sales leadership.

This role emphasizes CRM expertise, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is possible, with employment based on state registration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales and/or customer account service/support or sales prospecting/sales cycle management.

Responsabilités

• Identify and qualify business opportunities and leads to meet calls/day targets.
• Coordinate sales appointments for sales professionals.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Present programs and solutions to decision makers and address objections.
• Collaborate with Sales Support and local territories to optimize schedules and profitability.
• Be a CRM SME and power user.
• Support growth opportunities with Inside Sales management.
