Lifetouch, part of the Shutterfly family, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new business by qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our field sales team. You will build relationships with prospective customers and demonstrate Lifetouch solutions that meet their needs.

In this fast-paced, collaborative role, you will work with Sales Support and territories to optimize scheduling, manage CRM, and contribute to company growth.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary education strongly preferred.
• 1–2 years in sales or customer account service, support, or prospecting.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and qualify business opportunities and leads to meet calls/day targets.
• Coordinate sales appointments for sales professionals.
• Serve as point of contact for inquiries and respond professionally; escalate when needed.
• Present programs and solutions to decision makers to meet goals.
• Collaborate with Sales Support and territories to optimize schedules and profitability.
• Be SME and power user for CRM system.
