Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance Inside Sales Agent position handles inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs and matching coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment.

All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
