Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking an Early Career Sales Representative (ECSR) to develop new business and manage assigned accounts within the SMB segment. The role focuses on inside sales, remote communication, teleconference, phone, and email to secure orders and expand the customer base.

You will collaborate with inside sales and plant management to understand client needs, resolve issues, and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while building long-term relationships across Smurfit Westrock

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in B2B inside or field sales preferred.
• Experience in a fiber-based packaging industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage assigned accounts in SMB segment.
• Coordinate orders and resolve account issues with cross-functional teams.
• Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with customers via phone, email and videoconferencing to close opportunities.
