Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on the right coverages and converting inquiries into policyholders. You will train remotely, with licensing included, and be scheduled for a 4-day workweek plus one weekend day. A stay-in-state requirement applies for the initial year.

Training extends to licensing, benefits start Day 1, and you’ll join a Fortune 100 company with strong earning potential and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
• Due to state licensing restrictions, employees must remain in their resident state for at least one year before relocating.
• From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment with licensing included.
• Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day; standard shifts vary by time zone.
• All computer equipment is provided; a dedicated home workspace with reliable internet is required.
