Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, assessing customers’ insurance needs and recommending coverages to convert leads into policyholders. Training includes paid licensing; licensing must be obtained in the hiring state and 16–18 weeks of training depending on license status.

The role offers a starting salary with earning potential through commissions, benefits from Day 1, and a schedule requiring 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with remote

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs.
• Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• No cold calls; work with warm leads and licensed training pathway.
• Follow licensing restrictions and licensing training timelines.
