Job summary

Veriforce is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Covington, LA to drive revenue by qualifying leads, presenting our value proposition, and closing new accounts. You will manage a high-volume mix of inbound and outbound calls and maintain a clean Salesforce pipeline.

You will collaborate with Sales and other teams to deepen customers' understanding of our SaaS platform and benefits, and you will strive to exceed quota while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of B2B inside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong phone presence and relationship-building.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Explain our business value clearly and persuasively to prospects.
• Handle questions, validate concerns, and close deals.
• Maintain a high-volume outbound/inbound prospect flow.
• Track activities and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Build and manage your sales pipeline to meet quotas.
