Job summary

Pie Insurance is hiring an Inside Sales Rep to support direct customers and help small businesses access affordable, easy-to-buy commercial insurance. This remote role serves the U.S. market, collaborating with underwriting and sales teams to qualify needs, present policies, and close deals.

You will handle inbound calls, nurture warm leads, set appointments, and maintain lead systems, with a strong emphasis on communication and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Inside sales experience is required; commercial auto experience is highly preferred.
• 1 year of experience in high transactional environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and sales with Direct customers
• You will be calling inbound leads from our lead database, setting appointments, and maintaining our lead and prospect systems.
• You will take inbound calls (and some outbound) from warm leads, prospects who want to talk to us (no cold calling).
• Further qualify prospects through a series of questions to understand their business needs.
