Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of related work required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing and PC proficiency; Property and Casualty license required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound warm leads with no cold calls.
• Complete paid training and licensing as part of onboarding.
