Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• Experience making high-volume outbound sales calls is a huge plus
• Strong track record of sales success within EC and K–5 education sector preferred
• Excellent work from home capability with a solid work ethic
• Proficient communication with teachers, administrators, directors, and staff

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Outside Sales to drive site-based outreach
• Build strong internal and cross-functional partnerships
• Secure new and repeat business via virtual appointments and outbound calls
• Meet or exceed activity and sales quotas
• Partner with schools and childcare centers to assess needs
• Host virtual product presentations of Lakeshore services and products
• Research local, state, and national trends affecting early learning
• Support sales strategies with leadership and other teams
• Identify sales leads and coordinate with the sales force to grow market
• Participate in weekly department strategy meetings
• Assist on special campaigns with Outside Sales and retailers
