Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to act as the sales team’s liaison and pursue opportunities in the Water Testing market. You will respond to quotes, RFPs, and purchase orders, while maintaining professional client service.

This full-time exempt role offers a 9–5 schedule with some flexibility, a salary range of $71k–$82k DOE, and remote options; Pomona, CA or West Coast candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• AS/AA in Business with environmental experience; substitution allowed for strong client relationships.
• 1-3 years in environmental sales or laboratory support.
• LIMS experience is a plus.
• US work authorization required; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales through cold calls and campaigns.
• Prepare transactional price quotes and respond to RFQs.
• Research proposals and provide technical support (Excel).
• Onboard new accounts and complete vendor forms.
• Assist in responding to client inquiries from sales activity.
• Support bid campaigns and maintain selected accounts/territories.
• Explain LIMS capabilities to clients and coordinate with labs.
• Manage subcontractor communications and pricing, while following purchasing directives.
• Assist with proposal development and maintain proposal files.
• Provide client feedback to Account Managers and Directors.
