• 2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus and excellent communication is essential.
• Experience with remote work arrangements preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set forth by the management team.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and apply changes as needed.
• Recall and document call information, navigate multiple systems, and multitask.
