The ideal candidate will be comfortable with varied schedules and can adapt to changing business needs. Base pay starts at $31,200 annually, with uncapped commissions that bring total average first-year compensation to about $85,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate's degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Remote work experience highly preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Career-minded with focus on long-term advancement within the organization.
• Proven ability to remain effective and adaptable in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM.
• Meet performance criteria set forth by management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and any changes thereto.
• Recall and document call information, navigate multiple computer systems, and multitask effectively.
• De-escalate situations, provide empathetic support to vulnerable clients, and apply feedback to improve performance.
