National Debt Relief, LLC is seeking compassionate Inside Sales Representatives to guide prospective clients toward debt relief solutions. You will conduct consultative conversations, document notes in Salesforce, and pursue certification within the first year.

The role supports flexible schedules, remote work nationwide, and performance-based pay with the potential to earn $85K+ in the first year including commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Previous remote work preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Career-minded with long-term advancement.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs.
• Document client discussions using Salesforce.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year.
• Meet performance criteria set by management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Recall and document call information across multiple systems.
• De-escalate stressful situations and provide empathetic support.
