National Debt Relief, LLC is seeking compassionate Inside Sales Representatives for a remote role across multiple US states. You will consult with clients, enroll them in debt relief programs, and document conversations in Salesforce.

Expect flexible schedules, potential evenings/weekends, and a focus on empathy and resilience. Base pay starts at $31,200 annually with uncapped commissions, aiming for an average first-year total around $85,000 and top performers around $130K.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Remote work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs.
• Document client discussions using Salesforce.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set by management.
• Adhere to company and Sales department policies.
• Recall and document call information across multiple systems with multitasking.
• De-escalate stressful situations with empathetic client support.
