Job summary

National Debt Relief is seeking compassionate Inside Sales Representatives who can guide prospective clients toward debt relief options. You will conduct productive consultations, document discussions in Salesforce, and pursue certification within the first year.

The role supports flexible schedules and remote work across the United States. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client-facing roles, strong communication skills, and a professional, empathetic approach to sensitive conversations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate's degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Career-minded with long-term advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s programs or recommended options.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company-sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set forth by management.
• Adhere to company and Sales department policies and procedures.
• Recall and document call information; navigate multiple computer systems with multitasking.
• De-escalate stressful situations and provide empathetic support to clients.
